There are several planning tools in SDB. You can make week plan, team study plan and SP-point plan BUT the most important of them is the teams Year Plan.
Its here you define the targets in points week by week in Studies, Courses and Experience.
In order to have a successful status meeting the year plan has to be up to date at any time.
Therefore its very important that the targets has been put into the year plan for the whole year at school start.

It’s always good to have a plan but we also know that the plans are adapted and changed all the time. We therefore need to know how we update the year plan to reflect these changes.

If we do not keep it up to date the students achievements can not be messured correct as the targets are wrong.

Making a year plan in the SDB takes about 1-2 hour if you have all the details ready. The weekly editing of the year plan should not take you more than 5-10 minutes a week

When adjusting the targets, always make sure you have corrected all the tasks first, then checked the current Class Status and based on this, define and confirm your targets. Its important that you always keep your targets achievable for the students.

In this task you will learn how to make the year plan for your team and how to keep it up to date by editing it

  1. Watch the film under Files
  2. On your own schools SDB, enter the year plan for your own team and edit the targets from school start up to today’s week to make sure they reflect the program. The best way to do this is to go into the team’s status and search from school start up until today. See how many points the students have achieved until today and out from that base the new targets.
  3. Keep the targets up to date from now and make sure its correct and reflects the students achievements week by week
